Foreclosures continue to climb in Massachusetts
New Massachusetts residential foreclosures reached a temporary lull in June because of new regulations forcing a 90-day waiting period. But year-over-year foreclosures in the fiscal 2008 second quarter remained at record levels, and foreclosures over the last 12 months are still staggeringly high, according to data compiled by ForeclosuresMass.com.
