Delicious lemon poppy scones that happen to be vegan. Note, this recipe can be changed up quite easily. And the proportions are pretty forgiving, too.

Oh, yum! I'm always looking for vegan recipes. I love scones and lemon poppy seed baked goods. I might just have to try this one the next time I need to bake for vegans.

Well, gregg, I try hard not to consume vegans anymore, but sometimes I prepare food vegans can eat for certain parties and events, especially if I know vegans will attend. A lot of vegan food can satisfy my friends who eat kosher or who have other dietary restrictions.
