Homeland Security bans IBM indefinitely from US Federal Contracts

The ban seems to stem from "improperly obtained information about a contract [IBM] was bidding on from EPA employees. notgneiss: I followed up on WSJ. It's real. But new federal contracts are only 1% of IBM's annual revenue, and this looks temporary...

todd: this is a pretty big deal. it's surprising that IBM did this. even more surprising that they got caught.
