So a week or so ago I was trying to dig some lint out from under my toe nail. I was a little agressive and so my toe hurt afterwords. Been slightly sore since then. Last night I noticed it's infected. Not too bad but I did squeeze some puss out of it. Anyway, it doesn't hurt all that much, I can wear shoes etc. but I can't really just shove some neosporin under the edge of and side of the toenail. What can I do to "disinfect" it? TIA
