The ad's tag line was "There's a reason you've never heard of 'bus rage.'"
what timing.
Oh, how awful! I can't imagine what it must have been like to be a passenger on that bus! Better a bus where the driver can pull over and people can evacuate than an airplane.
now that I see the 'bus rage' advertising connection, I have to wonder whether this wasn't a viral PR buy gone wrong. or right, depending on your definition of brand engagement and awareness.
