Trust in Multi-Billion $$$$$$$ "Trust" Companies?? What a Sick Joke!!!
If the Escalating News about the Sub-Prime Mortgage Meltdown about Bank & Trust Companies, Hedge Funds Managers, and problems with balance sheets / disclosure wasn't bad enough, now they are being charged with Felony Fraud & Racketeering in Federal Courts for allegedly or apparently stealing from people that paid for Pre-Need Funeral Arrangements. Stealing from Dead People now at their family's time of greef and need is about the ultimate low. Trust in Bank & "Trust" Companies?? Not me.

    Shouldn't these prearranged funerals been secured in a money market account? Or subsidized bonds? I am so confused how this can come about.
