This story is about Janet Jackson's 2004 wardrobe malfunction?!? It's taken four years for the FCC to do something?!? When I saw the headline, I wondered if there was another malfunction about which I hadn't heard.

no, the (stupid) fine was actually levied in 2004. it's just been percolating through the courts since then.
